About the Great Taste

This event is sure to be a show stopper with a Great Taste Exhibition that will include wine, gourmet food, specialty food, select spirits, boutique beer & ale tables.

 

The show will also have an array of distinctive lifestyle exhibits, a travel show, chef demonstrations, culinary competitions and a gala evening.

About the Greater Hartford Jaycees

The Greater Hartford Jaycees is part of a worldwide organization, Junior Chamber International (JCI). Our mission is to provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change. The Jaycees are a non-profit organization; a community of young active citizens ages 21 to 40 who share the belief that in order to create positive change, we must take collective action to improve ourselves and the world around us. Engaging in activities ranging from community development to international projects, members demonstrate their social responsibility and improve themselves through participation, leadership and action.

 

The Greater Hartford Jaycees is known for its involvement in the community. We team up with many organizations to improve the Greater Hartford area.

 

Greater Hartford Jaycees members also belong to the Greater Hartford Jaycees Foundation. The grant-giving arm of the Greater Hartford Jaycees, the Foundation, awards grants to groups serving the elderly, disabled, disadvantaged and children in the local community and provides college scholarships. Since 2001 alone, their grants and scholarships have benefitted 2.9 million people in Greater Hartford!
